Staying Home

Life for me...

Makes waking up at 8:30 oh so good!

But begins eating breakfast, doing dishes, watching Dora or Max and Ruby

and then comes my cleaning which is an everyday chore or bore

Vacuuming is pretty Great (did I mention I got a Rainbow)

it's pretty fabulous!!

and then comes

dirty diapers...

but only from Kash

(Hooray Easton is potty trained!!)

Then getting kids ready for the day...needless to say I remain in my PJs till 3 sometimes 4 Sshh dont tell! I really feel bad about that one cuz

if u know me I always have to be ready before I leave the house.

I usually always make dinner which makes the hubby happy he is

gettin used to my hidden veggie puree's I have added to some meals hehe

Oh wait I forgot nap time around 2 or 3ish... mostly just Easton's nap time but occasionally Kash and I take a snooze.

After 5 Clint gets home and boy am I ready for that...sometimes I feel like I might go

insane, don't get me wrong I love staying home its just that by the end of the day I need a break.

and then to start all over the next day :)

Oh yeah... I forgot my basement flooded and Kourt I am excited to not have to do your hair out of the kitchen sink anymore...We are putting a salon in the basement

and my washer will finally be joining its mate (the dryer).

Birth Story:

I am a little late at getting this posted, I have been a little busy :) So here it goes

Wednesday August 25 I got a call at 6am from labor and delivery telling me they were ready for me and how long would it take for me to get there. I told them give me 45 minutes. We arrived at the hospital at 6:45 am and they got me all hooked up to the pitocin at around 7:20 am the nurse said that I had been having contractions when I came in and I didnt even know it. Dr. Lunt came in about 8:3o and broke my water I was only at a 2 at that point. I got my Epidural when I was at a 4, I was gonna try to wait longer but I was like what the heck and I couldn't take it any longer :) It seemed like it was taking forever and I wasn't dialating very fast. at about 4:00 they checked me and I was at a 7 and they turned me on my side, 3 min later I was feeling a lot of pressure and hurting pretty bad I had them check me and I was at a 10 CRAZY!! I couldn't believe how fast that was! So at 4:30 pm I had Kash luv him soo much and I am so glad he is here with our growing family!

Baby Update

Sorry it has been awhile since I last posted, just thought I would let ya know what has been going on. We have been getting ready for our baby I made a high chair cover, a carseat cover, and a cover for my bassinett. I have been on a sewing kick lately I really love it! Anyhow I am scheduled to be induced on Wednesday the 25th and I am first on the list HOORAY!!! I am a little nervous about being induced, I really wanted to go on my own but I would rather have it scheduled than to have a c-section. So I am excited to finally have Kash here! At my last Dr. appt I was dialated to a 1+ and 80% Effaced hopefully that is good enough to be started :)

I feel so bad I haven't updated on here about my pregnancy, everything has been going great! The Dr. told be that Easton got stuck last time and that he may want to take me early this time to make sure that doesn't happen again so if I am dialated and Effaced He will take me 2 weeks early. Other than that I have 5 weeks left if I go full term. It is so crazy how fast it has gone by and I am gettin nervous to have two kids :) I keep thinking I have all of this time but it is so right around the corner. Thanks to my Friend Kourt for taking my pics she does an amazing job!

I worked on our anniversary so we will do something special this weekend, Clint was so sweet he sent me 2 dozen roses to my work it was such a surprise! I love him so much and I love our little family. I am so thankful to have him in my life and am thankful for all of the nice things he provides for me. Happy Anniversary Babe, to many more and then some!

Funny things

that Easton says and does...

*Today after getting out of the bath Easton went in his room and peed in his garbage can (I think he learned it from his cousin Caleb :)

*this is not so funny but maybe now...he took of his diaper and pooed in my closet and then got on our bed and rubbed his butt across the sheets needless to say I was not very happy about it, where was I do you ask?? blowdrying my hair :)

*the other day I got mad at him and said "I am not Joking" and now he says it to me when he is mad.

*I asked him the other day if he wanted to go to the babysitters and he said "no not today" he also says that if you ask him if he wants to go to church, he loves nursery tho.

*He loves gettin on my phone and listening to music, his favorite songs are hey soul sister, beautiful girls, and what do ya want from me and he even sings along to them.

*it is super cute to listen to him pray

*He loves to be tickled and he will say can't get me or I hiding

*He loves candy he would eat it all day if he could

*he mimics noises that he hears like birds, car horns, or the locking and unlocking of the car

*if he doesn't want something he will say no thanks

*when I start singing songs on the radio he will say "stop singing mom"

*his laugh is contagious

We love Easton sooo much he is such a joy to have around! He makes me laugh everyday!

My New LOve...

Have you been there?? Absolutely love their cupcakes! Soo yummy! I think about them all of the time :) If you haven't been there, they are next to Spoon Me and Stadium 10. Go there if you love CUPCAKES and Dads get a FREE cupcake today only!! They are open till 11:00 tonight! We went there today I got Strawberry Shortcake!

Happy Mother's Day!!

I just wanted to say how thankful I am for my Mom and all that she has done for me! She is such a great person and someone I can to talk to about anything. Love her soo much! I am so thankful for the opportunity that I have to be a mom, it took awhile for it to happen but I am grateful for being blessed with now almost 2 babies! I love them so so much! I hope that all of you mothers out there have a great mothers day! Love you all!!

Prayer Momma Prayer Dadda

So for a couple of months now we have been teaching Easton to say prayers...It is the cutest thing ever!! Now when we sit around the table for dinner before we eat

Easton says "Prayer Momma Prayer Dadda"

I love that he knows to pray. We still help him of course its funny

I will say "Dear Heavenly Father" and he says "Thankful for the pood"

He usually just says one word out of the sentences that I tell him but that is ok he is learning... and he knows amen when its all over with.

He is also very good at folding his arms but he occasionally slips in a bite or too

I love my boy!! He is gonna be a Great Big brother! We find out in a week from Tuesday Boy Or Girl :) Can't wait!
